Review of the mE Project 2017
As 2017 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking about just how much has happened this year. I would definitely call this year bittersweet, especially the latter half. The other day was just a bad day for me. But thinking through everything helped me realize just what I’ve accomplished this year.
When I created my blog four months ago, I never thought that any of this would happen. To be honest, I was kind of flying by the seat of my pants. Meeting and getting to know such wonderful people has been the highlight so far.
So if I could pinpoint my greatest achievement for the year, it would be creating the mE Project. The support and the love for the project are simply amazing. And I hope that it continues in the new year. So today, I’ll be going through and reviewing all the posts for this year.
First up was a post about change. I woke up one day and I realized that my bedroom no longer reflected who I was. In this post, I break down what the issues were and how I embraced change. The makeover results are revealed in the post.
The first interview of the blogger interview series was done with Caitlin. She always produces quality content.
This was the start of my journey to get healthier. I discussed the reasons why and what I planned on doing. I introduced lemon water and smoothies to my diet.
Hands down, one of the most talented and artistic people that I have ever met. What she can do with makeup is just pure skill.
The phrase started with my mother and her Nana when my mother was a kid. It kind of became an inside joke from there.
Holly is a great source of encouragement for others who have disabilities. In the interview, she even states that’s the reason she created her blog.
This post was dedicated not only to the goals I wanted to accomplish before the year was up, but what I wanted to continue into the new year. I talk about starting my planner, self-hosting, and health.
Sophie’s blog is what I aspire my blog to be when it grows up. It’s just so well put together. Her pictures, topics, everything is so professional.
I admit that this was probably one of the most detailed reviews that I’ve done this year. But I wanted to provide as much information as possible. I absolutely love the app but I am looking for a different fitness tracker. The Up Move doesn’t track heart rate and with my recent health issues, it would be nice to find one that does.
Elin is one of the most inspiring bloggers that I have interviewed. I absolutely loved her answers to the questions.
The majority of my mE Project posts are inspired by my life or weekly events. You can usually tell what kind of week I’ve had by what the posts are about. Sometimes this isn’t true though.
I have learned so much from reading her blog, especially about skincare and natural products. More than that, she discusses life tips and how to be a healthier person overall.
